Requirements
You will:
- Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits in accordance with SOPs in the food preparation process.
- Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
- Assist chef with ad hoc cooking food items
- Manage communication between service team members and kitchen to determine needs for serving areas to always be stocked and relay special requests by customers
- Ensure great quality and consistency of food from kitchen to customers
- Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted supplies
- Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered correctly and are of good quality
- Ensure all food and others are stored properly
