Role Overview
Requirements

You will:

  • Prepare meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits in accordance with SOPs in the food preparation process.
  • Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards to eliminate cross-contamination on the front line
  • Assist chef with ad hoc cooking food items
  • Manage communication between service team members and kitchen to determine needs for serving areas to always be stocked and relay special requests by customers
  • Ensure great quality and consistency of food from kitchen to customers
  • Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted supplies
  • Receive deliveries and verify that all ordered items have been delivered correctly and are of good quality
  • Ensure all food and others are stored properly
